An elegant and important two-door side cabinet exemplifying the opulence and refinement of the Regency era. Crafted in rich rosewood and surmounted by an oblong marble top, the piece features an ormolu-mounted frieze and green silk-lined panelled doors, adorned with anthemion and scrolling ormolu mounts and central rosettes, flanked by fluted columns with finely cast artichoke-cone capitals, the cabinet rests on a plinth base.
