A PAIR OF CHAMBERLAIN WORCESTER SAUCE TUREENS & COVERS, CIRCA 1825. Of campana vase two handled form with domed covers with bud & leaf gilded finials and radial acanthus leaves & painted with panels of pink roses reserved on a blue ground. The gadroon rimmed bodies painted with sprays of flowers and with lower gilt gadroons and turned gilt handles, the circular feet with corresponding panels of pink roses reserved on a deep blue ground and a deep gilt band. Height: 8.5 inches. The lids with inner makers script in red “Chamberlains Worcester No: 155 New Bond Street London”
