Description:

A MID 18TH CENTURY MAHOGANY TRIPOD POLESCREEN. GEORGE II CIRCA 1750.

 With a rectangular adjustable banner with associated earlier needlework panel of various flowers, above a ploe with a turned and spreading shaft, on three cabriole legs with pad feet. A similar example can be viewed at Wilton House, Salisbury, home to the Earl of Pembroke.
