TWO LARGE DERBY PORCELAIN VASES. Robert Bloor & Co., circa 1815.
Each of large & imposing campana vase form with gilt mask handles, finely painted with a panel of brightly coloured English flowers to one side (probably painted by William “Quaker” Pegg) and a painted panel depicting figures within a rural scene to the other, probably painted by Robert Brewer. The panels are reserved upon a deep blue ground heavily decorated with classical gilt motifs. Both of excellent quality and condition.
