AN EARLY OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE SILVER COFFEE POT BY RICHARD MORTON. GEORGE III, CIRCA 1765.
Of baluster form, fruitwood scroll handle, beaded and scroll spout, the domed cover with a cone finial and gadrooned border, embossed with a foliate scroll cartouche and engraved stylised palm tree.
