A FINE PAIR OF BARR FLIGHT & BARR WORCESTER PORCELAIN VASES, CIRCA 1804-13.
Of superb quality, each of flared cylindrical shape with gilded mask handles. The front with gilded bordered panels of painted pink roses , the back with a panel of decorative gilded anthemion and scrolled foliate motifs. The lower body with a grey marbled ground, and upon a circular gilt banded spreading foot.
Hand script written makers mark under a crown of about 1804-13.
These marks normally occur on only the best wares.
