A RARE MASSIVE GLSS RUMMER. GEORGE IV, CIRCA 1825.
Of bucket form, engraved with sprays of rose & thistle, one side with the monogrammed initials "MC", the reverse with the monogram "MB" within a belt inscribed "Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense", the base of the bowl with three narrow bands of diamond cutting, raised on a knopped stem above a circular foot with radiating bands.
