A FINE HEPPLEWHITE PERIOD MAHOGANY SERPENTINE COMMODE. GEORGE III, CIRCA 1780.

 The serpentine top crossbanded in rosewood over four graduated drawers, the top fitted dressing drawer fitted with a retractable tooled leather slide and various compartments. The drawers retaining their original and very rare rope twist and monochrome Battersea enamel inset handles, depicting Adam urn designs. Raised on shaped bracket feet. Width: 30.75” Depth: 21” Height: 33.5”
