A FINE QUALITY LATE 18TH CENTURY ADAM PERIOD MAHOGANY SECRETAIRE BOOKCASE. GEORGE III, CIRCA 1775.

The carved domed pediment with a central carved beaded & foliate roundel and foliate sprays, and with a reeded frieze, over a two glazed door bookcase with adjustable shelves a base ection with correspondiong reeded frieze and over a secrtaire drawer opening to reveal an arrangement of drawers & pigeon holes inlaid with satinwood and a leathered writing surface, and over three graduated drawers and raisedon moulded bracket feet. The whole of a fine colour & patina.
