Description: -GB" style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:" arial="">This exceptional and large oblong dish (used for collecting cutlery after a meal had been served) is mounted with a gadroon, shell & palmettes border, with three divisions, and raised on large scroll and paw feet with palmette corners.Though unmarked with a makers mark, the quality is exceptional and bears characteristic elements of Matthew Boulton, one of the finest Old Sheffield Plate manufacturers.
