AN OUTSTANDING QUALITY THREE GLASS DECANTER & BLACK LAQUERERED PAPIER MACHE & ORMOLU TANTALUS. GEORGE IV, CIRCA 1825-30.
The three expertly cut stepped glass decanters set in three gilded circular spaces within shaped lacquered papier mache shelves united by ormolu floral motif spindles, with a central ormolu shaped looped carrying handle and raised on three ormolu ball feet.
