Description: A single late 18th Century Old Sheffield Plate silver wine bottle coaster, circa 1780. Slightly larger than usual with a gadrooned border and an unusual geometric pierced design to the straight sides. Engraved crest to the front, and with a central ivory boss to the turned wooden base.
