Description: A pair of early 19th Century Old Sheffield Plate silver Entrée dishes & covers, circa 1820. Each of concave sided oblong form with a domed cover surmounted with a solid silver handle or finial in the form of a coronet upon a tasselled cushion. Each is a coronet of a Marquis and marked London 1822, by William Pitts. Each cover also engraved with an armorial.
