A GOOD DERBY PORCELAIN COFFEE CAN, CIRCA 1800 A beautiful can with gilt borders and handle, the front is finely painted with a vibrant gilt bordered panel of assorted fruits tumbling from a wicker basket, rendered in rich, naturalistic colours. The reverse is decorated with gilt frond ornament, providing a refined balance to the composition. Full Derby marks to the base.
