Maker: J. Watson & Son, Sheffield
A fine quality pair of Old Sheffield Plate wine coolers, retaining their original liners and rims. Elegantly proportioned with fluted waisted bodies, they epitomise the refined Regency taste. The coolers are richly ornamented with elaborate cast foliate and shell mounts, while the impressive Bacchus mask handles pay homage to the Roman god of wine, fertility and revelry. Each cooler is engraved with a family crest.
