AN 18TH CENTURY OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE SILVER TEAPOT, CIRCA 1785.
The fluted beaded border oval body with a straight tapering spout, the slightly domed hinged lid with a fruitwood finial. Unusually the fruitwood handle is carved to resemble leather.
